Enbridge begins construction on Alberta Clipper (Reuters via Yahoo! Canada News)

Enbridge Inc said on Wednesday it began construction on the Canadian portion of the C$3 billion ($2.9 billion) Alberta Clipper expansion project that, when up to full capacity, will enable it to ship up to 800,000 barrels a day of crude oil.
