Phillips Development Closes Construction Financing For Hudson At McKinney Ranch (Commercial Property News)

Phillips Development & Realty L.L.C. closed the construction financing for its Hudson at McKinney Ranch project in McKinney, Tex. Located 30 miles north of Dallas, on 13.75 acres off Stacy and Ridge Road, the multi-family development's construction is already underway and will boast 339 units at an average of 1,050 square feet.
